Required materials

Please supply us with the materials specified below and a brief description of your project if you want an estimate for your rendering.

Payment term

Payment shall be made in 4 installments:

1st installment: We require a 50% prepayment at the beginning of our work on your project.

2nd installment : You shall pay 20% of the total contract value right after we’ve done modeling work, which takes into account all the previous corrections and comments we receive from you during our work.

3rd installment: You shall pay 20% payment right after we’ve done rendering work, which takes into account all the previous corrections and comments we receive from you during our work.

4th installment: You shall pay the remaining 10% of the total contract value after you get a pre-final rendering that takes into account all the previous corrections and comments we receive from you during our work.

Please notify us of ALL comments and corrections as soon as you see a mistake; this will assist you avoid any unexpected costs.

Turnaround time

We are usually striving to send the final renderings to our clients within 15 business days with a 1500 meter square ( or 16145 ft²) project after the commencement of work. To estimate the turnaround time and cost of your project, please send us the drawings listed in the tab “Required materials”.
